That's all the time (the encouragement). The team is always saying stay aggressive, keep looking for your shot, that's what this team is all about and that's why we are where we are at. Everybody picks everybody up and doesn't let anybody put their head down.

That's a lengthy process. A lot of the fire is high up on the hill, and it's hard to get water in there.... The dry mop-up, it's breaking up the organic matter on top of the ground. We're mixing it with the soil. You kind of dig up some dirt and mix up and help put out the embers.

That's coach. It's something guys come to expect. I think he expects so much from us, and he puts a lot into us energy-wise to make us better players, to make us great players. . . . You can't come to Connecticut if you're not going to have a strong mindset.
