He has really good hand-eye coordination. There's no type of pitcher that really gives him trouble. And he always seems to put the ball in play.
We played lights out all of September. I don't know what happened this last week.
We aren't the same team we were in April. Last year, guys just hit the wall. Now, I think we understand how important each day is.
I don't know if they really knew me, but the guy who was taking us around, said, 'This guy plays baseball for Cleveland. They thought that was pretty cool.
I don't know if you ever get over it. We were really close and weren't able to finish it off.
I didn't know what he was doing. I thought maybe he had to run to the bathroom or something, ... If I had swung and hit Grady in the face I would have had every woman in America mad at me.
I didn't know what he (Sizemore) was trying to do. I thought he had to go to the bathroom or something. I guess he didn't have any confidence in me (to bring him home).

I really didn't feel like I was able to get any good swings off Garland all night, just had trouble getting anything timed. I was just able to get a pitch and stay inside of it.
I guess we need to throw another quarter into the merry-go-round.
I just made a little mechanical adjustment. I'm getting ready for the pitch a little earlier. That way, I see the ball better. It's something I do all the time, but if I don't, I rush my swing.
The best part of it probably was when he got up and he had dirt on his face and didn't wipe it off. It made him look tough.
Even after losing two of three to Tampa, I still thought we were in great position.
