eight excited great league talked team teams ten win
I'm excited about the Big Ten. It's great to have our league being talked about. I think every team in the league is making some strides, and I still think there are eight teams in the league that could win the Big Ten championship.
class expecting paid send
I'm expecting big things out of this class. They have paid their dues. I would like to send them off the right way.
affects parts seem
I'm disappointed that we can't seem to find the basket. That affects other parts of the game, too. Now we need to regroup.
basket confidence lost seem sure work
I'm disappointed that right now, we can't seem to find the basket with anything. I'm sure we've lost some confidence ? we're going to have to work through it.
break days definitely packing plan playing second spring
I'm definitely packing for two days for the first weekend, and then I'm not going on spring break the second weekend. I plan on playing some basketball.
bothered coming effort gave guys illinois last pressured proud
I'm really proud of the effort these guys gave coming off last night. We weren't the prettiest. Illinois pressured us and it bothered us some.
felt guys older played players
I'm really excited. A lot of our older players were here. I felt like the old guys were back and we played our old style.
difficult hard kids mentally playing proud wins
If you're always going 11-0 or 12-0 in the preseason, you can get 20 wins easier. If you're playing other people, it's a lot more difficult to do that. I'm proud that we did it the hard way. When you do that, your kids get mentally tougher.
believer goes ncaa schedule strength totally
I'm not a big believer that the NCAA goes totally on strength of schedule and things like that, so I think you still have to have wins.
advantage believer hurt ohio respect shipped state time winning won
I'm not a big believer in that. The one time it really hurt was when Ohio State won the thing (in 2002) and got shipped west. That was awful. In that respect it would be an advantage losing, but for the most part winning is more of an advantage.
good ncaa playing record seasons straight tournament turn win worthy year
I'm not a record guy. I don't need to win 700 games, I don't need to have 20 straight 20-win seasons ... and I don't need to get in the NCAA tournament every year if we're not worthy of being in it. If we're not playing good enough or we can't win a game, it just doesn't turn me on.
bit five happy ready six tapes ton tonight video work
I know a little bit about them. I can't say I know a ton about their team, but I'm happy to know that my video guy's got five or six tapes on them already, so tonight we should get a lot of work done and be ready to go by Friday.
best looks ncaa recruiting respect sell teams tournament understand university win
I kind of respect and understand his theory, because it's a lot like mine. He looks at it like the only way he's getting to the NCAA tournament is to win his league, so if he can go out and play some of the best teams and sell that in recruiting and it makes the university some money.
battle certain common cry teams
The common battle cry is that it all evens out. It will never even out because you never know which years certain teams are good.
