As much as I love hockey, very rarely can I sit down and watch a game on TV from start to finish. I can do that with a baseball game, a football game. I just don't know what it is.

That's what separates playoff teams from non-playoff teams. Too often we find ourselves in a game like we did tonight and we're not able to make the play. We play well enough to keep ourselves in the game but not well enough to win those games.

You're looking at a game of more and more power pitchers, and quite honestly, you got to figure those guys are more susceptible to getting hurt. It'll be interesting to see how many of those guys are able to pitch long enough to even come close to having a chance to do it.

You're always making adjustments and working on things in this game. If you take things for granted you can get humbled real quick. I have a lot of pride. I don't want to go out there and embarrass myself.

There was a time where I thought it was old, and now I don't think it's so old. Like I've said all along, it's more about how I feel and I feel great, and because of that I'm less concerned about it.

As an athlete, name recognition can carry a lot of weight. To me, it's kind of a no-brainer, if you're able to get behind a cause and people will get involved.
