It's a sad day for hockey, he's one of the greatest players ever. And probably the best teammate ever.
It's half-satisfactory, ... For the most part it was never about Ted Saskin, it was always about the process. I have no doubt Ted will be the guy.
The process has to be conducted a little more properly. Trevor and Ted have worked hard on this but they were part of the team that cancelled the season, too. It's not up to those guys to make decisions. It's up to us 700 guys.

I think with the lawyers that are being hired, things will take care of itself, ... There will be a search put on to find who Bob's replacement is and that's the way it should have been done in the first place.
I was a fan of (shootouts) before, but after being on the losing side of it twice, it's pretty disappointing.
I was born into business through my father. I was one of those kids who always wanted to be around his father when he was working. I used to be a fly on the wall when my dad went around. He had plazas, laundromats, that kind of thing. Just not to the extent that I'm doing it.
I was a sports junkie growing up ... my favourite athlete all-time is John McEnroe.
I almost got a puck in the face. That's Caber's passing in practices, just like in a game. He passes those grenades.

Hartley always has had that reputation of being a bush-league coach. And his true colors came out tonight. He doesn't have much respect throughout the league, even from his own players.
My opinion is that a whole new (executive) committee has to be selected. (One) that hires a professional search team (to find a replacement for Goodenow) and go from there. And Ted can put his name in the hat. This is not about Ted Saskin. It is about doing things properly and 700 guys being happy at the end of the day.
It's nice to see them every day. There's a lot of excitement in their eyes.
I'll have to look at the tape because everything happened so fast. But it's part of my job to come to the aid of my teammate.
