Tahir "Tie" Domiis a retired Canadian professional ice hockey player of Albanian origin. I met him through mutual friends. Brilliant. I learn a lot just listening to him.
He's pretty shook up. Seeing it happen, we are all pretty shook up.
I'm fairly diversified. I put people together. Real estate. Hotels ... I'm all over the map.
Am I happy with it? No. Do I agree with it? No. I know what I bring to the team, to the dressing room, and my teammates know.
I'm sure Ted will be the guy. I have no doubt he'll be the guy. But I don't know why it had to take a few guys being upset (to do the vote properly).

Early in my career when we went to golf tournaments and charity dinners I noticed businessmen and executives would give the players their cards. Well, they're giving you their cards for a reason. I said to my wife, 'All the guys get these cards and then when they get to the parking lot they rip them up or throw them away. It's really weird.' My wife .. said maybe you should just sign a picture and mail it to them. You know, 'Great playing golf with you,' or whatever. So, I did and lo and behold some of those guys I sent pictures to way back then are now CEOs at big companies.
I have 3,000 penalty minutes. I don't need people dictating to me how to do my job.
