days difficult last time
For me personally, the last 10 days have been a very difficult time for me.
good low pounds quick runs seems
He's got very good hands. He runs low to the ground. He's about 225 pounds or so and he has really quick feet. He was a quarterback in college. He seems like a pretty good addition.
certainly nice picked
He's certainly done well enough where he should have been picked somewhere. He has done a nice job.
coaches excited last tough year
He had a tough year last year. I wasn't there, but as he went through a workout, the coaches were excited about him.
almost behind front playing tough whatever
He was playing behind a 6-8 guy, or whatever he is. That's tough to play. I think you almost have to front that pass.
cause goes helps underrated
He goes out there everyday. That helps your cause when it comes down to who's going to be on your team. A lot of times that's underrated in the public's eyes.
bus draw looks
He looks like what you would draw up. You want him to get off the bus first.
assuming sure
Sure we do. And we're assuming he will be back.
available best either picking player retires scenario
Sure. In either scenario (if Favre retires or if he doesn't). I think you have to take the best player available when you're picking that high.
face terms thinking time
I'm thinking in terms of where we are and where we need to get to. I just think it's time for a new face in that position.
ability chaos coaches guys handle heat involved nfl offensive pick react seems smart
He's smart, and offensive coaches like to have smart guys that know what they're doing, can pick up things, can react in the heat of battle. And Will seems to have an ability to handle the chaos that's involved in an NFL game.
diminished passion plays runs
He still runs around, still plays with passion. I don't see anything diminished there.
He's working through that. I haven't said, 'do this' or whatever.
couple last talk talked week
I couldn't tell you exactly. I talk to him every week or 10 days, something like that. I haven't talked to him the last couple days.
