ball normally push run
We didn't run and a lot of that had to do with Ivory. We didn't push the ball like we normally do, get it out and go. Some of that was not getting the rebounds.
again area commitment game rebound step
We didn't rebound again like I wanted us to and that's the only area of our game that I feel like we've really got to step up there. If we want to be a championship team, we've got to make a commitment to rebounding.
commitment
We don't have the commitment to rebounding we need to have. We need to get better in that area.
We had no idea she'd really be on there years later.
approach attitude players
Our players are just like, 'Tell us who we'll play and we'll go play. That's our attitude and that's the way we'll approach it.
lined sound
They make it sound like we're going to have coffins lined up at practice. It won't be that bad.
aggressive ball boards changed defense rebounds year
They made us play real ragged. They changed their defense a lot. They were aggressive going to the boards and got the ball inside. We sputtered probably more than we sputtered all year out there today. We got things going when we had to and we got big rebounds when we had to.
foul
They made up for it from the foul line.
excellent gave
They gave us a different look than what we usually see, but I thought they did an excellent job.
definitely deserve good great hopefully maybe playing road somewhere team work
They're about the only good team that's not (in our bracket). They definitely deserve to be a No. 1 seed, and maybe somewhere down the road we will get to play. But there's a lot of great teams. I just want us to keep playing the way we've been playing, and hopefully things work out where we'll be able to be in Boston.
The more we get up and down the floor, the better we like it.
hard love proud
That's why I love these kids, they play so hard for me. They play hard for each other, but I'm the coach, so I think they play hard for me, too. I'm really proud of that.
eventually felt good knew lots run sloppy tempo tough
A little sloppy at times, but we knew it was going to be a tough game. We're a team, with the tempo we play, lots of times we play in runs. We felt like we eventually could go on a run and get a pretty good lead.
conference next stronger
You may think I'm crazy, but I think the conference will be stronger next year.
