defensive florida game good half held man pick second steven using
With Florida you have got to pick a poison. I thought in the second half by using man where there was more one-on-one coverage, Steven (Hill) really held his own. I thought he had a really good game on the defensive end.
earn good job steven work
McNaughton is a handful. Steven is going to have to make him earn everything. He's going to have to do a good job of making him work to get his points.
missing needs reluctant steven worry
There are a lot of things Steven can do, but he's reluctant to do them in games. He needs to not worry about missing shots.
hit last seems steven
It's going to be a nagging thing. Steven had it some last year, too. He just seems to always get hit on the same place on his arm, like a magnet.
best centers chris country defensive earned face hard kid played shot shutting somebody steven team ways
He is a handful. Chris has played very well in most of their big games. I feel in some ways that I've got one of the best defensive centers in the country in my team in Steven Hill. I know Chris is going to be hard to stop, but he's going to face a kid that relishes defense, relishes shot blocking, relishes shutting somebody down. And if he (Chris) does well, it's going to be because he earned it.
built steven wall
Steven just kind of built a wall in there.
humorous life normal opening side steven
Steven has a humorous side to him that you wouldn't expect. I see more of it this season. Life is more normal for him in some ways. He's opening up slowly.
fell pain sharp steven
Steven fell awkwardly and tweaked his back. He had a sharp pain.
best defend foul guards steven
Steven always guards the other team's best front-court player. He relishes that role. But he's got to defend without getting in foul trouble.
good handling job tried
We tried to get after them defensively without Strawberry. McCray did a good job handling the pressure.
good handling job tried
We tried to get after them defensively without Strawberry, ... McCray did a good job handling the pressure.
break couple days game heart hungry job next sacrifices talked
We talked about how much the game hurt, but we don't want it to break their confidence. The next couple of days we have to find out how hungry we are. Are they going to make sacrifices and put their heart out there to get the job done?
continues knows support sure work
We will support him and he knows that. We will make sure that he continues to work hard.
few identified late players
We identified a few players late and we really feel like we got the player we wanted.
