You never critique a win, but there is no question we can get better. It was a scrambling game.

I got lucky, I guess. It worked out.

I don't know why we weren't ready. Especially for that big of a game this late in the season. I have no answer for you.
everybody head looked next second shaking taken
One second it looked like he was going to get his head taken off, the next everybody is shaking their head.
forward great lose obviously result
Obviously when you lose it's not a great feeling. That's why it's a seven-game series. The end result wasn't what we wanted but we've got to look forward to Sunday.
assertive came good mistakes playoff start
Mistakes. I thought we were really assertive at the start of the game. We came out strong. We did everything but score. Kipper made some good saves. Then we started making mistakes. This is playoff hockey. You can't have that right now.
found game gold medal uplift
It's like their gold medal game and they found a way to uplift their game. It was not a walkover.
draining sucks
It's a draining feeling. It sucks losing. We want to make the playoffs.
coming great
It's a great feeling, especially the coming from behind.
good hockey worry
It's a really good feeling. Now we can just go and play hockey and not worry about the negotiations part of it,
coming compared detroit home loud series
It's nothing in Detroit (compared) to what it is in Edmonton. It's loud in Detroit but it's nothing compared to Edmonton. Coming home with the series tied, it's going to be amazing.
compared environment huge joe loud maybe playoff sound
It's loud here, but nothing compared to the playoff environment in Edmonton. That's a whole new level. Maybe the sound doesn't' funnel down here (at Joe Louis) but it's huge in Edmonton.
confidence fighting night
Confidence is a big part of the game. He had it tonight. The other night I thought he was fighting it.
