This year, I haven't had many opportunities. They've sky punted me. They've pinned me on the sidelines. Most of the time, they kick it high and short.
What does he bring? Everything. He brings energy. We feed off his energy.
This shows this is a great program. Coach Carroll has brought this program back up to where it used to be. USC was down for a while, but Coach brought us back and today speaks for itself. We're definitely on our way to qualifying as a dynasty.
When you join the NFL, you start from scratch. As long as I've been playing - which has been since I was eight years old - the game becomes harder at every level. Little league, high school, college - they're different stages you have to go through, and professional sport is completely different again.
We have a case, a situation that's been blown out of proportion due to maybe my public image. There is nothing to be worried about from our perspective. We've done nothing wrong.
We've been looking for a house for two to three months. I was looking for a house for my parents, something to take care of them. That's the fun thing about this process. You get to buy your parents nice things. It just happened that we found one.
For me, being an every-down back is key. It's one of my goals, and I think little things are going to help me do that, like pass blocking. The little things that are going to help you stay in there every down are the things I'm going to have to possibly work on.
It's like everybody is telling me I'm going pro. They're not giving me an option. Everybody else feels like I should go pro. Right now I'm not worried about that.
It's unfortunate things didn't work out. It would have been real sweet winning it again in our hometown. But we've got nothing to hang our heads down about. Nobody can take away what we accomplished here.
Even with me leaving, I definitely expect them to come back for the national championship.
Oh, no, not months. I have to play football, you know what I mean?
That just means that the Texans get the first pick, and that's it. There's no real emotion that played into it. Like I said, I'm not even focused on what's going on with the NFL right now. We need to be worried about what's going on with this game and winning the national championship.
It's going to be a great, long relationship.
It's been a great run. We've done some special things. I don't think we should be ashamed about anything.
