When we have good puck possession, we're close to one another and it's all short passes and puck support, and you work your way up the ice.
We're still having squeaky-type games but we've pulled them out in the end. It's been tough to score goals, especially when you're playing on the road but we were pretty opportunistic tonight.
Those guys are quick and they move a lot, and I think that helps us. And you can tell they're excited to be out there. It just gives us a different option.
There's a little excitement around here right now. We feel like we have a great opportunity. You can put it on paper or talk about it all you want, but you've still got to go out and get it done.
They probably could have put more money out there and I would have probably still stayed here. Towards the end of your career you just want to be successful, you want to have a great team, and have fun playing. And that was the case here.

I think there's a part of him that cares. He's always been one of the top defensemen and he's always played so well, that I think you just take him for granted because he's so dependable and so good. But, yeah, I think more people should know about him.
J.R.'s had a fabulous career. He's put up some great numbers. He had a great start to his career, but mine was slower. He's always been a great player.
Overall, it's great to get back on the ice,
If you look at it, it could really be an excellent opportunity to get fans interested in hockey again, ... Would it be better if it was Salt Lake City (2002) or Vancouver (2010)? Sure. But you still have the opportunity to get the game out there and let people see it.
It's just that [the Hawks have made] a lot of changes. A lot of their great players have moved on. They have a lot of new faces and a lot of young guys who are going to be a part of this team for a long time. It'll take time. They've got a nice little core to start with.
On Sergei Fedorov's breaking three sticks on Dallas players: I don't know if Anna (Kournikova) told him to get tougher or what.
I Didn't Drop My Gloves. They Were Pulled Off Me!
I'm sure he's looking forward to that responsibility, that competition. He feels he's done enough in the regular season, but great players are remembered by how they do in the playoffs.
