Michael George Holmgrenis a former American football coach and executive, most recently serving as president of the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League. I'm not sure that even happened. If I did exclude him, I am very, very sorry.
I'm hard on Sean at practice, ... He is kind of a stoic guy but he responds well when he plays. I don't see much expression, but I'm very, very comfortable with him playing.
I'm a tremendous believer now. It's about as much like grass as you can have a synthetic surface be. I really think the right decision was made. This is great for everyone. Players love it, and I think this surface will offer a better product on the field for fans.
I'm an emotional coach. I get angry. I get happy. I get sad. I get disappointed. I get frustrated. I kind of show that. Not always to the public, but to the team.
They have you outnumbered just a little bit. Now it is safer, I suppose, than throwing a pass, but you can't worry too much about that.

He's the type of runner that, you get 1 (yard), 1, 30, ... You can probably say that about a number of guys in the league. Then you have the guys that (run for) 3, 3, 4, 3, 4, 3.
He's one of those guys that when you prepare for them, you better have a plan to make it a little more difficult for him. Otherwise, he can take over a game by himself.
