I'm sure he's not happy with the way he left the Giants. I'm sure I wouldn't be if that were the same situation in my case. But at the same time, it's not Kerry Collins against the Giants. It's Raiders against Giants. One guy can have a vengeance, but you have to go out and play the game as an entire team.
I'm sure he's not happy with the way he left the Giants.
I'll always remember going to lunch with him and sitting down in his office, just talking and having long conversations. Thinking about those times and then thinking about seeing him just the other day and visiting with him and having him wake up and squeeze my hand, it's just tough.
I'm an excellent dancer. I keep up with whatever's hot. I've been break-dancing and pop-locking since back in the day.
I'm glad he's a Manning. Maybe it's in the blood.
I know we'd both rather be here to play the game. But at least we're here doing something.
If your kids see what you eat, they will probably eat it, too. I'm not going to use the old-school policy of what my mother did and say to my kids, 'Well, if you are hungry enough, you will eat what I put on the table!' I think my kids have an understanding that if they see what their parents do, they should follow, too.
I guess something like that would have seemed crazy at one point.
I just enjoy this game for everyday and don't take it for granted. I just try and play my best every day. Hopefully, if I do that, it'll lead to that Super Bowl title.
I plan to. But it's preseason. If I'm not right, I won't play. If I'm right, I'll play.
That guy across from me is not trying to be my friend once we're out there and I'm not trying to be his either. We're not playing just to go out there and put on a show and let these guys win the game.
It's incredible. To watch those guys move the ball, throw the ball, and put up points like they did, it's great. And the crowd loves it because they haven't seen offense like this in years.
It's incredible to watch those guys move the ball, control the clock and put up points.
It's incredible. To watch those guys move the ball, control the ball, control the clock, put up points ... First of all, I think the crowd enjoys it, because I don't think they've had an offense like that to cheer for a while. And defensively, we enjoy it because it keeps us off the field and it puts points on the board.
