It was very tough at the start. The first goal broke the tension and we played well after that.

It was tough to always have to rehab all these injures during my prime years. It's hard to always have to come back.

It was vintage Maddux. He's been able to locate the ball really well early in the count. He's getting the ball down and away. Late in the count, he's keeping guys off balance by mixing his pitches. You can't say much more than vintage Maddux. He did today what he's been doing the last couple starts -- not trying to do too much.
happy hard pleased tempo warm
It was very warm out there and hard to keep up the tempo and the pressure. But we can be pleased with 3-0. I am happy with that.
games good honestly honor miss remember
It was an honor to be a part of history, but honestly I don't remember all the games we've played. I do remember the trips, though, and that's what we will miss the most ? all those good times.

It was an epic game. Australia are a very hard team to beat.
emotional figure finish good rectify round row three together
It was an emotional roller-coaster all day long. I did not play well at all for most of the day, but I was able to get it together at the end. Making three (birdies) in a row to finish the round at least makes you feel like you had a good day. I got in my own way today, and I've got to figure out a way to rectify that before tomorrow.
