I would love to see him more, but that is not really my call.
Like we've all seen, Shaun Alexander plays his best games in the spotlight.
I was happy to be in the NFL, living the dream. I'd get to play in the preseason when Brett would play a series or two and I got to play a quarter and a half and my whole family would come to town for the game. They never wanted tickets for the playoff games or the regular-season games, just the preseason games.
I think most of us are just really worried for him. You realize that the choices you make are important and there are consequences to some decisions -- and that off-the-field issues are very important.
I think most of us are just really worried for him. It's one of those things where you don't expect it to happen to you or to anybody you know.
I thought I had it. It was a real bad break for us when Bobby ran into the official.
I'm in a little bit of shock right now. It's a great feeling.
We haven't been parading around town doing all kinds of things. We're here for one thing and that's to play football. We're not here to do all this other stuff.
We could have lost this game. They've got some great leadership on this team. To come in here like that and play like this, the defense was just awesome.
We just didn't play well enough. It's disappointing. It's hard. But what can you do? They played really hard on defense and we didn't execute to the best of our ability. We were close a couple times, but close doesn't cut it.
We just didn't execute to the best of our ability today. We were close a couple of times, but close doesn't get it done.
We just didn't execute to the best of our abilities. That's why (Pittsburgh) is the Super Bowl champion, and we're not.
That was fun n a little sloppy at times, but some of the most exciting plays I've seen all year. Coach Fox promised, by the end of the week, 'We'll put a smile on your face.' All the Seattle guys were smiling.
What you find is that the better you are at listening, the better friend you are, the better person you are, the better player you become.
