The thing that always makes me partial to guys like him, all hockey players, is all they ever talk about is team. They room together. They eat together. And he's always been somebody everybody mentions as being such a special leader.

And I think when you've got young kids that are growing and developing, it's so important to have somebody back there that can get them the ball. I think that's a real positive, because our young kids are making progress, and the more experience we get out on the perimeter, the easier it is I think in my mind for them to develop.
