The bottom line is about the technique. The little things. Fine-tuning what we have to do. No matter who is out there, maybe theyre not going to be as good, quote-unquote, as the starters may be, but the bottom line for us is to make sure were doing the right things.
I believe that the Lord has a plan for each of us that's better than anything we can imagine, even if that plan isn't obvious to us at every stage. He prepared me for this over a long period of time - in lower-profile locker rooms and the grocery store and in Europe, through all the personal tragedies and in spite of the people who doubted me along the way.

When you speak and represent the person of Jesus Christ in all actions of your life, people are drawn to that. You set the standard with your actions. The words can come after.
If you're willing to put yourself and your dreams on the line, at the very least you'll discover an inner strength you may not have known existed.
You don't have to maul people on every snap to be a great offensive line, ... but you do have to mesh together. You do have to be smart, know who you have to get to and how to get to them. Last week I think we made strides in that area. The group that we've got in there now mesh well together, they're smart, they know what to do.
The guys I've had in the past have been able to create separation and make plays because of the quickness. Now you have to kind of change gears a little bit. Even though you might not have as much separation with these guys, you can still make throws in areas that only they can go get it. And they can really go get it. They can reach up and make plays in the air. They're so long and strong to the ball that you can put it in traffic and they're going to come up with it.
The fun thing is now you can really fine-tune on one team, ... Instead of throwing the whole playbook at people and saying, 'Here, learn all this,' you get specific now, you get to watch film, get to attack what you think the Giants are going to do.
