building catch games great tough
We have to try to catch them. They have some tough games and they have to come back in our building and that should be a great game again.
build management misses opportunity team
Management misses an opportunity to build a team greatly.
again build good players starting track trying work
Right now it's about getting points. We are trying to get this thing back on track and we have a lot of work to do. We know that and players know that. We are starting to build it back again and it's a good feeling.
build defense eric games great guys join offensive saw six top
We saw 12-14 games where we had our top six guys back there. Our defense on the back end was awesome. When we were healthy, we had a great group. We could defend, we could join the rush, we could be offensive and we could do anything. Getting Joni and Eric back will give us something to build on after the break.
building committed facility fans players practice quality second stuff talk winning
It's quality of life. The players already know the building is full, the building is loud, the fans are knowledgeable, the organization is committed to winning and the practice facility is second to none. Players talk about that stuff all the time.
again answer bell building emotion expect games increase mark minutes near played question second
I think we play better when we're desperate. The big question mark now is, can we answer the bell again a second time? We've played some games like that in our building and then we haven't come back with near the emotion or intensity. We have to play with the same sense of desperation or increase it for more minutes if we expect to win.
alive bench biggest brought building feeling goal huge quickly stands sure
It was huge. We were on our heels. I'm sure the feeling in the stands was, 'Oh, no, here we go again.' To get it back that quickly was huge for us. It brought the building alive again. It brought the bench alive. I thought it was, for us, the biggest goal of the series.
fighting talked
We talked about fighting right to the end. We did and we got two points.
game jon saw sharp
We just saw Jon Sim in one game and it was excellent, so we know that has potential, and that's a place where Sharp may play some minutes.
love player reckless seems success type
We just love his competitiveness. He's a reckless player, and that type of player seems to have a lot of success in the NHL right now.
carries confident guys mike motivated pro reminds younger
We just want the younger guys around confident people. Mike is a guy who doesn't need much direction. He's already motivated -- he reminds you of a 10-year pro the way he carries and handles himself.
bit emotional goal hit loss needed quite seemed three took
We just had an emotional week, and I think yesterday's loss took quite a bit out of us. We hit three goal posts, and we seemed to not have the energy, especially offensively, to do the things we needed to do.
game hockey pay prepared price start team toronto win
We weren't prepared to pay the price to win the hockey game at the start and when you give a team like Toronto a sniff, they're going to make you pay a price.
critical energy errors fed lies ten third
We were overwhelmed in the first ten minutes, that's my responsibility. We made critical errors on the first, second, and third goals. They fed off the energy and that lies on me.
