They are a well-coached team. Coach Eaves is a great coach and I really think he stressed clogging the neutral zone because he knew we had a good transition game. At the same time I think we still had our chances to win the game.

I think down the stretch here we have been playing our best hockey. That's kind of a trademark for Maine hockey. That's what the tradition does here. We play our best down the stretch.

I was just trying not to fumble and make good runs. I was glad that Coach trusted me with the ball.

I got better in math and reading after I got a mentor. My mentor talks to me about everything. He plays basketball with me in the gym, too.

He is very humble, and he listens to everything that you tell him. From the start of the year, I told him that if he made weight, he would be a state champion. He came in with a little something, and we took him to another level.

He doesn't give up ever. He is not intimidated by anything. He just doesn't care. You can't intimidate him.

I haven't really been scoring a lot this year, but any time you can score two goals, especially the game-winner, in a big game like this, it's a good feeling.

I'm very, very proud of the crew, ... I think this is going to be more representative of what the EVAs are going to be like in the future where the crew is asked to do tasks that they haven't looked at extensively preflight.

They would just walk out when I showed to work the service,
