ball couple felt past
Hopefully, I go out there and just concentrate on what went well today. I felt like I located the ball pretty well with a couple exceptions. I'll try to concentrate on that and not think about this. This is in the past already. Let it be gone.
ball behind fall frustrated good news trying
I'm just trying to out think myself, I think. Then, when you do fall behind and you're not locating the ball well enough, it's always good news for the hitters. I'm frustrated right now.
ball definitely elevate hit leaving second turned
After the second inning, I think I turned it around. I think I was rushing, I was definitely leaving the ball up a little bit. . . . You elevate the ball and they're going to hit it.
helping people start
I need to start getting some people out and helping this team.
good hitting home
The two home runs, those aren't very good hitters. Nothing for nothing, but they're hitting .240 for a reason.
good hitting home league major runs
The two home runs -- those aren't good hitters. Nothing for nothing, but they're hitting .240 for a reason. But they're like any other Major League hitter. You make a mistake, they're going to hit it hard.
blew blow
You can't blow leads. I blew two and we blew four.
couple guys overthrow pressure
After a couple of guys got on and they scored, I put a little pressure on myself to really get them out. I think I started to overthrow it slightly.
control guess learned lesson
I guess I haven't learned my lesson yet, that I can't control it.
chance fighting glad job team throw
(Phillips) is fighting for a job on this team and I'm glad I got a chance to throw to him.
ball belt control except felt last
I felt I had better control except for the last inning when everything went belt high. I think I located the ball a little better than the last time.
definitely improved
I feel like I've definitely improved each year.
late means number pitch shows starting
It's a big number for a lot of starting pitchers, ... No. 1, it means that you've made all your starts. Second, it shows that you're able to pitch late into games.
consistency happy shows
It shows consistency, so I'm happy with that.
