baseball
Like I always tell people, I'm a baseball player, it's what I do,
definitely hurt oh
Oh yeah. Definitely wouldn't have hurt, that's for sure.
attack doctor fluke fought heart honor
It's one of those fluke things, and the doctor told me I fought off a heart attack for 27 hours, ... Considering everything, it's an honor to be here.
looking saw time
It's the first time I saw him. He's working on stuff. We're all working on stuff. He's looking fine.
bully good lunch money shows takes
It's always good to get the bully back one day, the bully that takes your lunch money every day. I think it shows how good we are.
best contact eye field guy hands manager means
It means a lot. He's my guy. He's the best manager I've ever had, hands down. We've got it down to just eye contact. Eye contact means 100 words. With all my shenanigans on the field and my strikeouts, he's one guy who's able to keep me in check.
love
It was awesome, ... He was such a big part of the Athletics. They were so confident. They love him in the area.
kicked positive
Yes, he's kicked back. He has a lot of positive thoughts, positive things to say.
clicking close cylinders guys hanging wait works
We've still got some big guys down in St. Pete that we can't wait to get back, so we're not clicking on all cylinders by any means. It's not even close and even then, we're hanging with some big teams. So we'll see how it works out.
everybody game gets knew matter
In a game like this everybody gets involved. We knew we were going to score. It was just a matter of when and off who.
adventure good grades
I had good grades in school, ... I was an outdoorsman. I like the adventure and representing your country. I don't want to go to war, but I wouldn't have been scared.
months
I don't think I'm a better outfielder now than I was two months ago,
anyone arrogant cocky face fists guy guys mound name pumping soon step strike throws word
I don't really like the word 'cocky' and it's been used a lot with myself, ... But I'm not cocky. I'm confident. I feel like with a big name on the mound, as soon as I step into the batter's box, you're like, 'Oh great, I've got to face this guy,' or, 'Oh no, this guy throws hard.' If you think that, you're already out. Those guys on the mound are just as cocky or arrogant as anyone else. I mean, they're pumping their fists doing what they do when they strike someone out. But I think it's just magnetized by me because I'm just a rookie.
figure hope
I don't know how we've done it, ... But I hope they don't figure it out.
