We know if we win this one, it's going to make that Dallas game huge, and if we win that one, we move on to the Giants. We have things in front of us we can accomplish. I think the organization deserves better than what they have had for six or seven or 10 years. This is an organization that has seen great, great success, and we don't want to be the ones that have allowed it to go unsuccessful for so long. With Coach Gibbs coming back, that was a step to getting back to the success. We want to win games for a man who's been good to us and very loyal to us.

I think we've learned about how we can win games here, and how we lose games. And going into the final eight games I think if we can control the turnovers and we can control penalties and always go out and play physical, we're going to be sitting pretty good at the end of the year.
