character definitely except
It definitely is flashbacks of that year, except I think we can be so much better because we have, I think, better character of guys, for when things get rough.
both call coming great job knew later ready sooner step
We know they're both going to do a great job and Patrick did a great job of coming in and being professional all year. He knew sooner or later we were going to need him, and call on him, and he was ready to step in when we did.
casts helped perfect technique
Having the casts helped me focus. I had to be perfect with my technique or I was in trouble.
game regular season treated
We really treated it like a regular season game.
chance coach gets obviously wants work
He's obviously very disappointed in a lot of things. But I think he's going to work on the things that coach wants him to work on. And when he gets his chance again, I think he'll be ready.
alter care count egos four guy hoping shows

That's what sticks with me.
deal driven feels learn needs next past push somewhere staying whether work year
I don't think that's something that you ever get past or get over, and I don't think it's something you should get past or get over. It's something you learn to deal with, but I think it's driven him to work on some things that he feels he needs to work on. And also make a push for staying that No. 2 and making a push for No. 1, whether it's at the end of this year or next year or whether it's somewhere else.
I don't think that's something that Patrick has said at all or entertained.
