Johnny David Damonis an American professional baseball outfielder who began playing in Major League Baseballin 1995. He last played in 2012, though he has not officially retired. In his MLB career, Damon has played for the Kansas City Royals, Oakland Athletics, Boston Red Sox, New York Yankees, Detroit Tigers, Tampa Bay Raysand Cleveland Indians. I knew when it was hit they were definitely going to be in trouble unless somebody called the ball. Those guys are so important to our team, we need them to get healthy as quick as possible.

The guy knows how to play; everyone in our dugout knows how to play. There's going to be a lot of great games here and the best fans in the world pretty much saw an awesome display.

The great thing that's going to come out of this is, every game will be important. Spring training, you can go through the motions. Spring training is long, anyway. That's another reason why I think this is going to be good.

This is only one game, but it's disappointing. We had only four hits and we can't do that. It was a tough night to hit for everybody, but we have to do better.
