There is a fine line between being able to control your body and having all that energy. He's learning how to do it. He wants to get a hit so bad that he will do anything it takes. If you told him to stand on his head, he would try it. Sometimes you try to make up for two weeks in one day. It doesn't work that way. You're anxious to get a hit. You're in a hurry to get a hit.

What I liked about what he did was when something went wrong, he came back and got an out, which is big. A lot of times, you get that snowball effect and we're not able to come back. He took care of his business and we came back.

What I like about it is they have a chance to push each other. To me, the accountability to each other is more important than accountability to anyone else in that room. And when they are pushing each other, I think you create a very healthy environment.

His arm strength and accuracy ... he will get better as he keeps going. His footwork and throwing will get quicker as he gets more confidence.
