Absolutely. I think the consistency, or lack thereof -- where we are at this moment is not where you'd like to be after three games. We haven't done little things across the board. Everyone likes to discuss what we haven't done at quarterback, but we could talk a little bit about all the way down the line, where we need to get a lot better. So we've got a lot of work to do and we've just got to get at it.

We felt going into the Big Ten season if we could evolve to the fact where we always had a 100-yard back, then we could probably spread the ball around enough to have a good offense. We're starting to get consistent with that.

It was along the lines of hoping he would have a chance to get things together and make a run at things with NFL Europe. NFL Europe is for folks with some ability to get an opportunity. And as I said the last few times people have brought up the subject, my hope would be that he would have an opportunity to go over to NFL Europe and make a comeback.

Is it a tough place to play? I don't know what that means, exactly. It gets loud, but so do a lot of places. It's tough because they're a good team. But it's a fun place.
