comments deserving excellent hockey locker played players room talented wisconsin
Wisconsin really has an excellent hockey team. There were a lot of comments in our locker room and from our players about how well they're coached, how talented their players are and how well they played tonight. They are very deserving champions.
areas played
Having said that, I thought we played particularly well in a lot of different areas at New Hampshire.
games good played playing winning
BU played very well. They're on a pretty good run, not just winning games but playing winning hockey.
best deserving national played team year
They are very deserving national champions. I think (Wisconsin) is the best team we have played this year over 60 minutes.
best deserving national played team
They were a deserving national championship team. They're the best team we've played all season.
bigger bit older physical played stronger team took
We played what I think is a really solid, physical team in Lowell. They're bigger and stronger than we are. They're older and a bit more experienced. We took a lot of hits, but we got up and played.
addition five game played terrific
They've been a terrific addition to our league. We've played them five times (5-0) and every game has been very hotly contested.
close played
That's how close things are sometimes. We played really hard. I think we competed very hard.
control game played second took won
I thought BU played better than us tonight, and they won the game. They just took control of the game in the second period.
best club environment game goal period played shortened team third tough wisconsin year
I think Wisconsin is the best team we have played this year over 60 minutes. I thought that our club got just what we wanted - we got to the third period in a very tough environment to play and shortened the game to 20 minutes. One power-play goal was the difference.
coming defensive early february forward four late march slide
We had that slide in late February and early March and we're still coming back. We're getting contributions from all four forward lines, our defensive corps, as young as they are, are making strides, and Cory (Schneider) is red-hot.
chance looking win
Our destiny?s still in our hands. We still have a chance to win it and that?s what we?re looking at.
brian carried
Brian Boyle just carried us on his back a lot of the time.
class everybody second senior talks
Everybody talks about our freshmen, but we've got a senior class that's second to none.
