I think some of those goals are impossible to get. It's kind of a weird system, but most of the time when we have more blacks than reds, we're in the win column.

He's a kid who's only been playing the game for three or four years. Fans will have to give him time.

Once he (Grier) gets going, look out. He's definitely one of the best in the Big Ten. In the first half, I had to score to keep us in it, then a lot of guys responded in the second half, and that was huge.

He's very good. He'll beat you off the dribble and shoot the ball. He's a big guard who gets to the rim. He's a good defender and he'll definitely play at the next level.
