downhill morning needed obvious racer ski stupid
It's kind of stupid what they did because it was obvious we couldn't ski downhill in the morning and they needed one racer to crash. It was not enough that two of the forerunners crashed.
good people record whose
It's good to be one of those people whose record has to be beaten.
means won
It means more to me that he won a medal. I have more medals, so it means more for him.

The whole day was confusing, as we were wondering if we were going to race or not. It was windy but it was windy for everyone,
bent changed finish knew second watched
I watched Bent and I thought I could finish second to her. I knew I could do well. I changed a lot from yesterday.
fast halfway harder legs power push seem seems ski
I always seem to ski well when I am sick. I push myself harder and it seems to work. I had no power in my legs halfway down but the skis were fast and that is what counts.
feeling
I need more power. I'm feeling really weak.
quit six
For now, I have six and we will see. Even if I quit now, I would be happy.
compete definitely feeling percent reason start sure tired
I definitely don't feel well. There's no reason to compete while I'm feeling like this. I'm very tired and I'm not 100 percent sure I'll start tomorrow.
glad race
I'm glad it's all over, now I can race more relaxed.
best felt gave problems race second thinking
I gave it everything I had. I felt really bad. I had problems with my stomach. I was thinking about not doing the second run, but it was one more race and it was the best I could do under the circumstances.
days last olympics race
The last two days I've been sick. I didn't feel well. This was the last race before the Olympics and I wanted to do something good.
catch defend goal hill main position run satisfied sixth suited sure trouble winner
You can't be a winner every time. This hill isn't suited to me because it's so flat, and I had trouble with the light. So my main goal after I was sixth in the first run was to defend that position and I'm pretty satisfied that I did that. I wanted to make sure to catch 30 or 40 points.
I just don't want to do the downhill.
