Gazing upon children, spouse, household and possessions, one is entangled in maya.

There is a bond between love and words of sweetness.
beings created gift great hands order pleases pride
Why should the created beings feel pride in their minds? The Gift is in the Hands of the Great Giver. As it pleases Him, He may give, or not give. What can be done by the order of the created beings?
anyone blended lord recognize true
Why should anyone be afraid? O Nanak, those who recognize the True Lord are blended with the True One.
contentment food gossip obtain perfect provisions tolerance
Faith, contentment and tolerance are the food and provisions of the angels. They obtain the Perfect Vision of the Lord, while those who gossip find no place of rest.
obtain speak true truth whom within
Those, within whom the Truth dwells, obtain the True Name; they speak only the Truth.
path praised shall throughout truth walk
Those who walk on the Path of Truth shall be praised throughout the world.
minds night speak truest
Those who speak of the truest of the true, day and night - their minds are imbued with the Truth.
abide constantly detached fulfilled guru home minds remain satisfied serve true
Those who serve the True Guru remain detached in the home of their own being. They abide in the Lord's Love, and constantly imbued with His Love, their minds are satisfied and fulfilled with the Lord's Essence.
glorious joyful minds mouths palaces pleased praises savor sing sweet whose
Those whose minds are pleased by the Praises of the Lord, Har, Har, are joyful in the palaces of their own homes. Their mouths savor all the sweet delicacies when they sing the Glorious Praises of the Lord.
