Most kids don't take (the rivalry) too far. They want to beat one another obviously, but often times they are probably pulling for each other if they aren't playing against each other.

Just a win feels great. We played a quality second-place team. This is the second second-place team we beat this year. Kaukauna was the other. The 400 wins just mean that I have had many hard working kids. I like to think that our kids are more of a blue-collar type. The last game we didn't have Meier and we played a poor first half. We had to fight back and took a two-point lead and got beat on a last-second possession and that was a tough loss for us. Tonight we had a chance to redeem ourselves and the kids did.

We have a lot of kids back. What they accomplished this year with 14 wins was far, far better than I had ever dreamed. I thought they worked through some adversity. Most games we went into I thought we were the underdog, and I was very pleased with how they handled themselves.
