brooks came florida guy helped leader level state team win
You go down to Florida State and he is kind of the No. 1 guy on a team with a lot of big-time players. They fashioned him to be on the level of a Derrick Brooks when he came out of there and (he) was a big-time leader and helped them win a lot of games.
anyone burden carry grow guys helping looked older realistic rest role sure talented team
I think Marcus Vick has had to carry a burden that the rest of the guys don't have to carry, which is a famous, very talented older brother. We haven't looked at him as closely, but I think that he'll probably grow up. I'm sure some team will be realistic in what role Marcus or anyone else can have when it comes to helping them.
atmosphere call everybody help helped offense plays prefer role
I think I've got to help everybody have a better atmosphere to do their job. I don't call the plays on offense and defense. I have over the years, but prefer the role of being able to help those guys. I don't feel like I've helped them as much as I could have.
equal football great happen happens helps hope matter million money proven share spend spending super teams television win yankees
But that's what's great about this league. Teams like us have hope every year. Football is different from baseball. We share television revenues. That helps equal things out. Plus, it's never been proven that the more money you spend will help you win a Super Bowl. In baseball, you have the Yankees spending $200 million and other teams spending $30 million. That won't happen in football, no matter what happens with the CBA. That's why we're different. That's why teams like us have a chance.
chance claimed guys help hopefully looking recognize relate success talented understand
No. 1, we claimed him because we think he's a very talented player. He's got size, speed, quickness. No. 2, we feel we can have success with guys who are looking for another chance to do well. I think we can relate to that and understand that, and hopefully help him recognize what his abilities are.
guys help high hurt penalties successful understand yesterday
Penalties hurt us and I think our guys understand it, ... but they're high strung, and they should be high strung. I don't think you can be successful without being high strung. I think yesterday it didn't help us being high strung.
believes games great guy hard helped himself josh worked
Josh has worked hard to get better. He really believes in himself as a player. I think he's been working with another guy who's had some great games in Kurt. I think they've helped each other.
believe best decision deserves fast guy hard help rules team
I never have any hard and fast rules like that. What I believe in is that the team deserves for me to make the decision on who the best guy is to help us win.
expected fact gnawing
What's gnawing at me is the fact that I've not done as well as I expected to do.
clear difficulty felt few football guys league national sailing takes winner
We felt he still has what it takes to be a winner in the league and to be a leader. Difficulty is a part of the game. There are very few guys who have clear sailing in the National Football League.

The Secret of success is to start from scratch & keep scratching
upsets
Things have to go the way you want them to go, and I think that's probably what upsets me the most as a coach.
guy higher rated reinforce reminder sure
There will be times where you reinforce your thought process. A lot of times, you need a reminder because it could come up in the draft. It always does, you look and say, 'Are we sure this guy isn't better than that guy?' You say no, this is why this guy is rated higher than that guy.
eight guard guys
And we have about eight guys who can play guard or tackle.
