block depends device expect heal left realistic restricted snap
I don't think it's realistic to expect someone to snap (with his left hand) and also be able to block with that right hand. I think we're going to be patient, let it heal and then it depends on what kind of restricted device on that hand.
best game job joe montana passion until
I don't think it is anyone's job to tell someone that it is time. Joe Montana used to say it best -- if you still have passion for the game and you think you can play, then play until you can't play anymore.
deal faith kurt
I deal in faith and not fear. I have faith that Kurt Warner will be an outstanding player.
believe last run saying
I believe that we will be able to run the football. I think we'll run it a lot better than we did last year. But me saying it is not the answer. We've got to go out and do it.
equal football great happen happens helps hope matter million money proven share spend spending super teams television win yankees
But that's what's great about this league. Teams like us have hope every year. Football is different from baseball. We share television revenues. That helps equal things out. Plus, it's never been proven that the more money you spend will help you win a Super Bowl. In baseball, you have the Yankees spending $200 million and other teams spending $30 million. That won't happen in football, no matter what happens with the CBA. That's why we're different. That's why teams like us have a chance.
defend people
If we can make people defend the pass, if that's what we need to do run, then that's what it may be.
ball cross officials plane replay took
I don't know what took the officials so long, but the ball did not cross the plane on the first replay I saw.
might obviously
Obviously he's going to play. He might start. We'll see. I haven't really thought much about it.
ball good held obviously poor rid
Obviously he made some good throws, made some poor throws, got rid of the ball sometimes when he could, held the ball when he shouldn't,
buy football national nobody raised
Nobody raised their hand. That's the National Football League. That's part of what we all understand. That's part of what we buy into when we come into the business.
chance claimed guys help hopefully looking recognize relate success talented understand
No. 1, we claimed him because we think he's a very talented player. He's got size, speed, quickness. No. 2, we feel we can have success with guys who are looking for another chance to do well. I think we can relate to that and understand that, and hopefully help him recognize what his abilities are.
bowling brought offense played similar system urban
Omar Jacobs has size. He played in a similar system that Vince Young played in. He played in the same offense that Urban Meyer brought into Bowling Green.
clearly continue football great guy kurt last lead national signing step successful top
Signing Kurt Warner is a great step in that direction. He is clearly one of the top quarterbacks in the National Football League. His story, as I said last year, I think will continue to grow, and we think we will be a successful team. There couldn't be a better guy to lead us to that success than Kurt Warner.
hurt penalties
We made a lot of penalties that hurt us, ... It makes a difference.
