atmosphere call everybody help helped offense plays prefer role
I think I've got to help everybody have a better atmosphere to do their job. I don't call the plays on offense and defense. I have over the years, but prefer the role of being able to help those guys. I don't feel like I've helped them as much as I could have.
against ball came defenders game good last means plays style
I think we'll be better, more of a high-flying offense, which is his style of play, ... He plays a good game of high-ball, which means that you let him go one-on-one against defenders and put the ball up high. That's where most of his touchdowns came last year.
bad giants giving plays second
The second (half, the Giants were) making plays after plays after big plays and us making no big plays, a lot of bad plays and giving up momentum,
against battle beat catch definitely free gotten last line picked plays reason size though
That's why they (the Giants) went after Plaxico (in free agency), because he is definitely a factor. He's a big guy, strong, can go catch the ball, so you're going to have to really battle him. That was part of the reason why we picked Antrel Rolle. He has size and can line up against any big guy. And we have Macklin, even though every now and then he has gotten beat, he can come back and beat the guy. That's why he made so many plays last year.
anytime arizona cardinals good negative period says
There have been so many negative things said about the Arizona Cardinals for such a long period of time. Anytime someone says something good about you, it's good for the players.
almost capability chance guy last looking
We had a chance to get Reggie Swinton and jumped on it, ... Reggie was a guy we almost got two years ago. We almost got him last year. We think he'll give us that explosive, big-play capability that we've been looking for.
approach dan system totally
What Peyton is doing is phenomenal. It's a totally different approach than what Dan Marino did in 1984. It's a system where he just dissects you. He makes you wrong.
saw
With his shoulder, I don't think we saw everything that he could do.
given history leader phenomenal second understand
You have to understand that this is the all-time completion-percentage leader in the history of the NFL, ... This is the second all-time quarterback rating. He has been phenomenal when given the opportunity.
brooks came florida guy helped leader level state team win
You go down to Florida State and he is kind of the No. 1 guy on a team with a lot of big-time players. They fashioned him to be on the level of a Derrick Brooks when he came out of there and (he) was a big-time leader and helped them win a lot of games.
ability element extremely great run
You look at his ability to go out and run the football, and that's an element we just have to have. We are extremely excited. We had a great weekend.
fortunate home last season win
We were fortunate to win at home last season (against the Rams and Seahawks).
ball moved points score slam
We moved the ball OK, but you've got to be able to score points and you've got to be able to slam the door.
aggressive consistent days doubles eight improving matches played starting team teams
We've played 12 matches in only eight days and our team is improving with every match. Our doubles teams are starting to play the way they should be being consistent from the baseline and aggressive at the net.
