Daniel "Dee" Brownis a retired American professional basketball player. Brown played at the University of Illinois from 2002 to 2006, receiving numerous awards and accolades, including the 2005 Sporting News National Player of the Year. Brown was selected in the second round of the 2006 NBA Draft by the Utah Jazz, and was the starting point guard for 11 consecutive games for the Washington Wizards. It's possible, but you've got to go in with a different mentality. We have to work hard and believe we can do it.
The numbers are just great. We give the kids another option, and I know the success that we have already had has helped with bringing more in.

It's a wonderful thing. He rebounds, he runs the floor, he's a terrific guy. He's a first-round pick if he continues to get that killer mentality and feels like every rebound is his. This is a great accomplishment for him. But I know he's not going to get complacent. He's going to continue to get better.
It opens up a lot of things. We push the ball and put pressure on the other team to get easy buckets. I think it opened up the game for us.
We've seen it before. Now we just have to practice for it.
