I don't see anything we'd be feuding about, ... What's there for him and me to be mad about?
I don't think they are an easy team at all. They are a good team, well-coached, a disciplined ball club.
I'm going to shoot 'em, anyway. I'm going to go 1-for-9, 1-for-30, 1-for-50. If I don't make one more shot this season, I'm still going to play the way I play and do the things I do.
I'm going to miss putting on that Illinois jersey.
I'm not disappointed. Cincinnati and Hofstra should be disappointed. They didn't make the tournament. We have a chance to do something special.
The girls have been working very hard. They all have ran for the past four years and will be tremendous assets for our program.
This is my fourth year in the tournament, so you already know what to expect, the intensity and how hard the team's going to play. It's a big advantage for us coming out, understanding how much energy we have to put out there to beat a team in the first round.
You could ask the same thing about Tennessee. They still got a 2 seed and they lost in the first round (of the Southeastern Conference Tournament).
I believe that each human being has within himself or herself at least one poem or short story, or perhaps even a full length book.
I love Mike Davis. I love what he's doing at Indiana. It's going to be a tough atmosphere to play in. But we're going to go in there and just try to battle.
I'm just thinking about what I could have done to make the team win.
I'm just looking at Indiana on Sunday. You just have to worry about yourself. You have to win and see what happens.
I miss football a lot. Football made me a better teammate basketball-wise because I knew I needed my line and my receivers to block for me. Once I realized how much I needed my teammates to make me look good, that helped me as a basketball player.
