cannot car clutch continue creep engine forward mechanical pedal problem race slowly took
I had the clutch pedal depressed, but the car slowly started to creep forward and the engine stalled. So another mechanical problem took us from a race that I feel we had the car to win. We just cannot continue to have these things happen.
car keeping piece talking
You're talking about keeping the car in one piece for 24 hours. That's the important thing.
car drive exactly fine gave gets job matter tomorrow
We made some fine adjustments before qualifying and the car was really good. It was just a matter of me doing my job and not making any mistakes. They gave me a car that was exactly the way I wanted to drive it. Tomorrow is another day and that is when it gets difficult.
car caution good happy lucky others
We were lucky with those caution flags, and I am happy with our finish. My car was well balanced, but not as good as the others were.
car chance definitely doubly fast fine run sure
The car is definitely fast enough, which makes it doubly frustrating that we didn't get a chance to run for the pole. I'm sure we'll come up with something and be fine (today).
car fantastic truck weekend
The car has been fantastic all weekend right off the truck and I just had to do my job. I didn't make any mistakes.
bottom looked tony
I know what Tony told you. But it looked to me like he lifted. I'll get to the bottom of it.
capable character few generous helped last men roles selfish strange tony year
Tony is a very strange character. He is one of the most generous and most selfish men I have met. I think he is capable of doing it. I helped him a few times last year to the championship. If the roles were reversed, I would do the same thing for him.
last nice track
Very nice to be the last one on the track for one-lap qualifying.
finish friend good great heck helped kicking lost means proved racing several six team today tony win work
This is a bittersweet win because I lost a good friend here six years ago. It was important for me to win here today for several reasons. Tony and I battled all day, and this is a great way to finish the season. For Tony to have helped me out at the end really means a lot. There's more to racing than kicking the heck out of your teammate; you have to work as a team and we proved that today.
course guys last positions possible rest street trying typical
After last year's race, anything is possible Sunday. It's a typical street course race. You've got to get through that first turn. Once we're through that first turn, then we can get on with the rest of the race. Guys are going to be trying to make up positions there for sure.
last rest
After last year's event, anything is possible. You have to get through that first turn. Once you're through that, then you can go on with the rest of the race.
almost bearing deserves problem rear team tony wall wheel
A wheel bearing went in the rear suspension, which I think is the same problem as Tony (Kanaan). It almost put me into the wall and almost put Tony in the wall as well. It's unfortunate and the ArcaEx team deserves better. It's the same problem we had at Nashville.
friend good lost means six
I lost a good friend here six years ago and this means a lot to all of us who were friends of Greg Moore.
