The critical thing addressed here today is that there are a good number of people who do not have a family connection to hunting or the outdoors. It takes a caring older person to introduce a young person to the outdoor life. That is the beauty of the mentoring concept. It can be a hard thing to see the beauty and the joy of the outdoor experience all on your own, at least initially. Much more has been accomplished here today that preaching to the choir.
