There are a couple of Japan teams out there that are really looking good, ... I love sushi.
feels last setbacks sure
It's progressing. It feels a lot better. I want to make sure there's no setbacks after what I went through last year.
feels feet felt good great test wet
It was a great test for me. I felt good out there. I used all my pitches. I got my feet wet out there. It feels good to get back out there.
air good
It's good to get out there and let myself air it out.
anxious best gone gotten hard listening results time
It's hard, but if I look at the results we've been having with the way we've been going, how I've been feeling, as anxious as I am, I know this is the best thing for me. Sometimes, I'd like to go a little faster, but they say it's not in my best interests. I'm listening to them. Every time I've gone out there, I've gotten better.
felt focus locked main mechanics rhythm slowing throwing tried
Today, my main focus wasn't as much on mechanics as much as just slowing myself down. I get a little anxious, especially with my slider, because I haven't been throwing it a lot. I tried to get into a better rhythm throughout, and when I got to my slider, I felt a little more locked in.
When I get back, it will be for the long haul.
athletic great sure teammates
I think it was a great athletic move. But I'm sure my teammates will think otherwise. Anything to get the out.
goal
My whole goal is to come back better than I was before. And I feel I'm on that path.
environment great guys mastered stable
I don't think this is the most stable environment to have a relationship. Guys that do it, great -- but I haven't really mastered that part of it.
chance crank doctors feeling figured forward looking pay start throwing wait weeks
I'm feeling strong. I'm looking forward to getting a chance to start throwing and crank it up a little bit. The doctors told me to wait these two weeks and so we figured we should listen. I think it will pay off.
extra moving pressure puts setbacks sure throwing time
I'm progressing. I'm doing everything but throwing off the mound. I think that's what puts the most pressure on the back, so that's why we'll take a little extra time to make sure that when I get out there, there's no setbacks and we can keep moving forward.
forward looking monday move quicker
I'm just looking forward from Monday and move from there. This is just one part of this process. It could be quicker than they expect.
anyone brings desire intense played table
By far, he's the most intense of anyone I've ever played with. He's on another level, what he brings to the table every day. But you don't get to where he is without the desire to be the best.
