beat few goals rebounds
They beat us to rebounds on a few goals. Even so, we never quit.
few game goals player three
Wright-Ward was the player of the game for them. She was one of the three stars, getting a few goals and an assist.
goal meant period power third
The third goal in the first period was big for them. We could have made it 2-1 on the power play, but it wasn't meant to be.
goals good kids players puck shoot system whatever
But whatever your system is, you still have to have good players and we had some kids who would shoot the puck and would get goals around the net.
change complex earlier finding found games goals late score scoring struggled ways
We have struggled a little with scoring goals. In earlier games this season, we found ways to score goals late in the game and we just haven't been finding ways to do that lately. One goal can really change the complex of a game.
concerned goals number power
I wasn't concerned with the number of penalties, just the power play goals.
against brown capitalize couple game goals hard harvard last period putting reward second third time work
I think the third period was our reward. We went through a time there, with the second game against BC, the game against Brown and last week's game against Harvard where we were putting in the hard work with no reward. The third was our reward and we were able to capitalize and put a couple goals in.
forward goal hope hopefully known steps

attack compete darn goals played quick seven strong time
The first time we played them, their attack was pretty darn effective. They scored seven goals and made it look pretty easy. We didn't play smart, strong or quick enough to compete with them.
biggest played providence slowness sound
The biggest disappointment was our slowness in the first period. We did not play with continuity, while Providence played sound defensively.
anyone commitment motivate positive remain single
They have to motivate themselves. I will remain very positive about their commitment to the team. I am not going to single anyone out.
based becoming evolving great people tradition
It's an evolving rivalry. There is enough tradition that it should get people excited. Based on the first game, it should be on its way to becoming another great rivalry.
coaches crazy draw drive hooks penalties strong
They were penalties I could live with. Sometimes you go in strong and draw penalties. The ones that drive coaches crazy are the hooks from behind.
few missed offensive power quite second several sound
We missed on a few offensive opportunities in the second as well as several power play opportunities. We could have come away with it, but we weren't quite as sound as they were.
