They came out and everything they did clicked. Everything we did didn't work. We know in no way that's who we are. The bye came at a time where guys can use it. After a loss like that, it's good to get away.

You want the opposing offense to look at your defense and see everybody going to the ball. I thought we did a pretty good job of that today. We had guys making plays, and that's what you want from your defense.

I'm certainly not going to dwell on this year. It was a horrible year in every aspect of the word horrible. There were some good plays, some good situations and some guys stepped up for us, but as a whole, when you are used to being a certain way, your mentality is used to being a certain way, you do not settle. I'm not going to settle and hopefully guys won't settle either.

It was just good to get back out there to practice your craft, to get that nasty taste out of your mouth. To get going towards another week of positive thinking.

We tried to mix it up as much as possible, ... When hes facing that kind of coverage, maybe he doesnt go out and run like he usually would run. In his mind hes thinking, I cant get past the safety.

There will be some changes this off-season, but in no way does that mean that this is any type of a rebuilding thing. That is one thing I want to make crystal clear.

There's pressure that starts to rise in the playoffs because you know you can make a mistake that will cause your team to lose the game. You have to have that pressure drive you and accept that pressure.
