Robert W. Hill is an American basketball coach. Hill grew up in Mount Sterling, Ohio moving to Worthington, Ohio for high school. Upon graduating from high School, Hill entered Bowling Green State University. During the summer of 2011, he was invited by Nike to help Taiwan men's basketball team as a consultant. Ray was on a mission. He had that proverbial scowl on his face. He got a little anxious midway through the fourth quarter. He was getting open. He did a good job of getting open the entire game.

We got stops, we're not a great defensive team but the team we had on the court at the end did what they needed to get the stops. There is a lot to be hopeful for and the focus is here. I wanted to keep the team focused on improvement and that was my goal when I took the job. I think it got to a point where I felt good every night about our chances to win. And that's what you want, to go into each game with a legitimate chance to win.
