bearing believe bottom clock issue line played truly whatsoever
You know what? It was what it was. We all played the same scenario. The bottom line is, we didn't get it done and they did. And I don't think the clock was an issue at all. ... I don't think it had any bearing whatsoever on the game, I truly believe that.
ahead forward looking path tough
We know the path that is ahead of us. It's a tough journey, but I kind of think we are looking forward to it.
sorry
We've been healthier. We're a little banged up. But I don't think anyone's going to feel sorry for us.
coming fine playoffs record whether
We've been fine coming off byes whether it's in the playoffs or during the season. If you go back and look at our record (10-7 after byes), it's not been too bad.
gave kicking yards
We gave up a lot of yards in the kicking game,
ego healthy starts
We have a very healthy organization. It starts at the top. There's no ego involved. We try to get things done as a team.
against guys literally played respect team tremendous
We have not played against him a lot. But I have tremendous respect for the guy. He's one of those guys who can literally will a team to victory.
time
We haven't had time to think about that (pressure).
coaches educate
We have a lot of coaches who have been there before. We'll try to educate them, but this will be a very important week, no doubt.
beyond football granted grew grounded group hard looked next resilient taken throughout traveled tunnel vision
We have traveled a hard road, and grew as a football team, and individually. This is a very grounded and resilient group of guys. We've never taken anything for granted and looked beyond the next game. We have kind of had tunnel vision throughout the process.
best football good offense played plays sign team win
We played our tails off defensively. We made the plays on offense when we had to. The sign of a good football team is when you (don't) play your best football and still win the game.
extremely focus maybe played
Maybe our focus has been better on the road. Maybe we've played with more urgency. I'm just extremely proud.
certainly maybe positive start three
Maybe in two or three games, it's going to start to come together. I certainly want to see our first units go out and show some continuity. We don't need to be on all cylinders, but we need to show some positive steps.
inspire luck doe
J.J. Watt, he does on defense what Andrew Luck does on offense. He inspires those around him, he makes them better.
