Al's never really hired a defensive coach, Al's hired offensive coaches,
They played better than we did. They deserved to win. They outplayed us, they outcoached us, they out performed us.
They have good players. Not just (Stroud and Henderson), but certainly they're a big focus of it and they're right in the middle. You have to deal with them every play. It's not like you have a corner where you can throw to the other side or you have an outside linebacker (where) you can run away from him. It's two tackles. There is no play where you can run that you don't have to block them.
They do what they need to do. They can play their ?Cover 2? and they play it well. They play some zone and they can pressure. They probably don?t pressure as much as some teams, but they can definitely bring it. It?s a good defensive football team. They do everything pretty well.
They're ahead of everybody by two or three touchdowns. Being able to withstand the onslaught in the first quarter, the first half, whatever it is, it sure is going to be important. . . . They get off to a fast start and they keep it rolling and they just run out the clock in the second half.
They're one of the hottest teams in the league. They're always a difficult team to play, no matter where you play them.
They haven't given up many long drives. They're not in the red area very much. They're not at the goal line very much. They usually get them stopped before people get down there against them. They don't give up many points. They're good.
There's a lot of love between us -- me, Charlie, Romeo. We've been together with the Giants, the Patriots, the Jets and the Patriots again. For it to be able to end this way ... the only word I can think of is 'special.'

All aspects of it need to improve. It extends to all 11 guys on the field. The running game, it's a team play.
