bed commune heart sin stand
Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.
follow judgment men open sins
Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.
afraid drive shall terrors
Terrors shall make him afraid on every side, and shall drive him to his feet.
among fire lie sharp sons soul spears teeth tongue whose
My soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.
giveth goodly words
Naphtali is a hind let loose: he giveth goodly words.
beginning god known overcome unto wicked word written
I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.
drive inherit land thou until
By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.
bestowed father god hath knew love manner sons therefore
Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
earth joy others shall
Behold, this is the joy of his way, and out of the earth shall others grow.
held kidnapped man poor worries
Being kidnapped and held for ransom never worries the poor man
beauty branches olive shall smell
His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.
children crown glory
Children's children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.
almighty broader deeper god high longer measure searching thou unto
Canst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection? / It is as high as heaven; what canst thou do? deeper than hell; what canst thou know? / The measure thereof is longer than the earth, and broader than the sea.
courage lose reward strong work
But you be strong and do not lose courage, for there is reward for your work (2 Chronicles 15:7).
