The Supreme Lord said: There is no destruction, O Arjuna, for such a yogi either here or hereafter. A transcendentalist is never put to grief (or bad state), My dear friend.
fire nor reached sun supreme
The sun does not illumine there, nor the moon, nor the fire. That is My supreme abode. Having reached there they do not come back.
attached attain beings doubts engaged knowledge minds seers sins supreme welfare whose
Seers whose sins (or imperfections) are destroyed, whose doubts have been dispelled by knowledge, whose disciplined minds are attached with the Self, and who are engaged in the welfare of all beings attain Supreme Brahman.
alone attain eternal grace peace refuge seek shall supreme
Seek refuge in Him alone with all your heart, O Arjuna. By His grace you shall attain supreme peace and the eternal abode.
beings dwelling equally lord perishable sees supreme truly within
The one who sees the imperishable Supreme Lord dwelling equally within all perishable beings truly sees.
amongst attain certainly highest performing philosophy secret service shall supreme
The one who shall propagate this supreme secret philosophy amongst My devotees, shall be performing the highest devotional service to Me and shall certainly attain Me.
ancient science secret sincere supreme today
Today I have described the same ancient science to you, because you are my sincere devotee and friend. Karma-yoga is a supreme secret indeed.
believe resort supreme ultimate universe
I believe You are the imperishable, the Supreme to be realized. You are the ultimate resort of the universe.
above dear develop faith immortal mentioned sincerely supreme
But those devotees who have faith and sincerely try to develop the above mentioned immortal virtues, and set Me as their supreme goal; are very dear to Me.
attained knowledge learn perfection state supreme
Learn from Me briefly, O Arjuna, how one who has attained such perfection realizes Brahman, the supreme state of knowledge.
cosmic divine supreme wish
O Lord, You are as You have said, yet I wish to see Your divine cosmic form, O Supreme Being.
compassion illusion profound secret spoke supreme towards
My illusion is dispelled by Your profound words, that You spoke out of compassion towards me, about the supreme secret of the Self.
alone creator god lord supreme
O Creator and Lord of all beings, God of all gods, Supreme person and Lord of the universe, You alone know Yourself by Yourself.
control heat honor mind pleasure supreme tranquil
One who has control over the mind is tranquil in heat and cold, in pleasure and pain, and in honor and dishonor; and is ever steadfast with the Supreme Self.
