He's done a nice job with the young kids. They all look up to him, respect him. He's always done what he needs to do. He's a good example.

Reggie is well deserving of his Hall of Fame induction. In my mind, he will go down as the greatest defensive end in NFL history. He was a great teammate and a fun player to coach.
