Allyson Michelle Felixis an American track and field sprint athlete who competes in the 100 meters, 200 meters and 400 meters. Every moment is not great and sometimes those are the moments in which you learn the most.
I'm always nervous. If I wasn't nervous, it would be weird. I get the same feeling at all the big races. It's part of the routine, and I accept it. It means I'm there and I'm ready.
It was hard to find motivation after the world championships. It was a long season but I learned a lot from competing consistently on the European circuit.
