We had talked about being in the game right away. Their (Yorkville) plan was to get up early and try to maintain it, and they held on. I thought they did a good job hitting shots when they needed to.

We won 55 ball games in eight years, and that's a good record for anybody. My only regret - that 4-5 season sticks in my craw. I'm retiring as a coach, and I feel good about my retirement.

We try to talk to our team all the time about making good decisions, about who they're going to be around, where they are and what they're doing. Sometimes you can't account for who approaches you or who comes where you are.

We feel very good about our chances of making the playoffs. I really don't think that's a concern in this locker room. It is a concern that we are playing well going into the playoffs. We don't want to stagger in and barely make it.
